The applicant was granted bail by the Sessions Court by order dated 14th August 2018 on executing PR bond with two or more local sureties in like amount. The applicant thereafter preferred application for modification of the said order and by order dated 15th January 2019 the applicant was permitted to furnish three government sureties instead of local sureties. Four weeks time was granted to furnish local sureties. Thereafter applicant preferred another application for modification of the order and by order dated 14th February 2019, the applicant was permitted to furnish one government solvent surety in the sum of Rs.45,000/- and four weeks time was granted to furnish the surety as last chance. 2.

The advocate for applicant submits that he is resident of Gujarat State and he is not in a position to furnish government solvent surety. He, therefore, submitted that the applicant be permitted to furnish one solvent surety in the sum of Rs.45,000/-.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the order dated 14th August 2018 passed by Sessions Court granting bail to the applicant, which was modified subsequently, is further modified by permitting the applicant to furnish one solvent surety in the sum of Rs.45,000/- within six weeks. Criminal Application No.109 of 2019 is disposed off.
