As office objections were not removed within stipulated time as per conditional order passed by the Registrar (Judicial - II) on 18th October, 2022, the Misc. Civil Application came to be rejected.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertence, office objections could not be removed. He undertakes to remove office objections within two weeks after Summer Vacation.

In view of the above, order passed by the Registrar - Judicial (II) is quashed and set aside. The applicant shall remove the office objections, as stated hereinabove, failing which, order of Registrar - Judicial (II) would stand revived.

After removal of office objections, Registry to number Misc. Civil Application and the same be listed on 26th June, 2023 under the caption "For Directions".

Application is disposed of.
