Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by insurance company for condonation of 64 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging Judgment and Award dated 13.09.2013 passed by the Commissioner for workmen's Compensation and 4th Labour Court, Thane in Application (WCA) No. 2223/C-62/2010. The learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 vehemently the opposed the present Civil Application. He submits that applicant has not shown sufficient cause for condonation of inordinate delay of 64 days. Hence, there is no substance in the Sneha Chavan 1/2

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for allowing the civil application. Hence, the following order:

a) The delay in filing First Appeal is condoned.

b) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
