Inasmuch as the Committee of the Petitioner Association has now been superseded after the elections were conducted, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition which was filed by the then Vice President of the Petitioner Association who has now ceased to be the Vice President and is not authorised to prosecute the Petition. Moreover, we are informed that proceedings in respect of the Management of the Petitioner Association are now pending before the Charity Commissioner.

The Petition is accordingly dismissed. All contentions are kept open.
