The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is an old lady mother, who is original defendant no. 4 in the Suit filed by respondent/original plaintiff. The Suit is of 2015. The original plaintiff/ respondent is a son of petitioner no.1/original defendant no.4. By the said Suit, the original plaintiff/ respondent has sought a declaration in respect of the Will of her husband. The application has filed by the defendants praying that the matter is to be heard expeditiously. The trial Court has allowed the said application by order dated 27.04.2016.

Perused the order. Now, the grievance is made by the petitioners is that why the matter is not heard and tried expeditiously. The petitioners should have prayed before the trial Court. Considering the age of petitioner no.1, the trial Court is directed to expedite the matter. 3.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
