This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal.

Learned Counsel for the applicant / appellant submits that there is a delay of 150 days in filing the First Appeal. She submits that none appears for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3, though served. Mr.Deshmukh, appears for Respondent No.4. The learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the delay is not intentional or deliberate but due to procedural requirements. 1 / 2
