. This petition can be disposed of by giving directions to the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune to dispose of Revision Application No.161/2015 pending before him as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from today.

2. It is noticed that by virtue of order dated 25/4/2016 this Court while directing issuance of notice to respondents directed stay of operation of the order passed by the Additional Collector, Sangli in RTS No.286/2015 decided on 10/3/2015.

3. Ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 25/4/2016 shall remain operative during the pendency and disposal of Revision Proceeding before the Additional Commissioner, Pune. The Additional Commissioner, Pune shall decide the matter within the time stipulated above after extending opportunity of hearing to the parties and in accordance with the provisions of law.

4. Writ petition is disposed of.
