Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition was filed on 10.3.2021 seeking directions to register the ofences. Post filing of the petition, the grievance of the petitioners was redressed. As such the petitioners orally instructed the learned counsel for withdrawal of the petition as the petitioners are not desirous for prosecuting the petition further. On oral instructions, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed for withdrawal of the petition.
