By this Civil Application, it is contended that the State Government is trying to compel the members of the Applicants to install and operate e-POS machines. There is no substantive challenge in the Writ Petition to the action of the Respondents of compelling members of the Applicants to install and operate e-POS machines. Hence, the prayer for interim relief made in this application cannot be entertained. We dispose of this application by granting a liberty to the Applicants to take out appropriate proceedings in accordance with law for challenging the alleged action.
