Advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent development, parties filed Terms of Compromise in Mediation before Labour Court at Sangli in criminal complaint. Entire dispute between the parties is settled. He placed on record photocopy of the said compromise. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent development, he received instruction from his client to withdraw Mohite 1/2

pr2 wp3812-11 the Writ Petition. To that effect, he has given in writing on Farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X-1" for its identification.

By consent of both the parties, respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw entire amount along with accrued interest, if any, without furnishing any security from the Registry of this court. Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
