In turn, Interim Application No. 2309 of 2020 (for substituted service) is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i.e. Permission for Publication of Notice of opponent no. 1 Under Order 5 Rule 20 in newspaper in Marathi language namely, "Bittambadmi" and in Engligh language newspaper namely, "Active Times" may be granted), returnable by 08 weeks.
