Therefore, re-issuance of notice to Respondent No.2 need not be ordered. Since Respondents 4 and 5 are not found on given addresses, re-issuance of notice to them on same address will be futile exercise.

Since addresses of Respondents 1 and 3 are fresh addresses, issue notice to them on fresh addresses. C.A. is disposed of accordingly.
