1] Insofar as this civil application is concerned, it is filed by an employee of the Corporation against whom an action was taken in pursuance to the orders passed by this Court. Several reliefs are

YBG 908-as-caw-1564-17 claimed in this application. We find that the reliefs so claimed cannot be granted in an application of the intervenor. If the applicant - intervenor is aggrieved by any of the actions of either the Corporation or any other authority, he can independently pursue his remedies but the same cannot be permitted in this application.
