The learned APP submits that DNA report is received from the office of the Chemical Analyzer, Forensic Science Laboratory, Mumbai, which shows that Nitin Gaikwad and Dropada Waghmare are concluded to be the biological parents of the child born to Dropada Ramdas Waghmare. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice.
