Heard Ms. Sucheta Mirrashi, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms.

Sandhya Mailagir, learned counsel for the respondent.

After arguing the application for quite some time, Ms. Mirrashi, upon taking instructions from Mahmoodul Haque Khan, states that within two weeks from today, the applicant will hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises in compliance of order dated 17.3.2015 passed by this Court. By that order, the applicant was given time

2 / 2 CAC/199/2016 upto and inclusive of 17.3.2016 for handing over possession of the suit premises to the respondent-landlord. Ms Nirashi has tendered photocopy of PAN Card of Mahmoodul Haque Khan, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. She also states that if two weeks time to vacate the suit premises is given, the applicant will not press this application.

In view thereof, Application is disposed of as not pressed. Applicant is given time upto 21.6.2016 for handing over possession of the suit premises to the respondent.

List the application for compliance on 23.6.2016. It is made clear that in case possession is not handed over on or before 21.6.2016, the Court will consider issuing contempt notice to the applicant.
