Heard. This Application is made by wife directing the Respondent husband to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.20,000/- during pendency of the Appeal.

After arguing for some time the learned counsel for the Respondent husband submits that the Respondent is ready and willing to pay maintenance charges of Rs.5000/- as per interim order dated 02.05.2017 passed by this court.

The learned counsel for the Applicant wife submits that they have no objection to continue the Basavraj G Patil 1/2

10.106.17-cam order dated 02.05.2017 till hearing and final disposal of the Family Court Appeal.

Hence, by consent of parties, following order is passed.

a.

The order dated 02.05.2017 passed by this court directing the Respondent husband to pay sum of Rs.5000/- to the Applicant wife by way of maintenance to continue till hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal.

b.

The Respondent husband to clear the arrears of maintenance, if any, as per order dated 02.05.2017 within six weeks from today.

c.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
