Mr. Nachiket Jaywant, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents makes a statement on the instructions of the Respondent No.1 that the Respondent No.1 will not forcibly evict the Petitioner and the Respondents will follow due process of law.

In view of said statement, the impugned orders dated 17th February 2020 passed by the learned Judge, Small Causes Court, Mumbai below Exhibit 10 in R.A.D. Suit No. 437 of 2019 as well as impugned order dated 20th February 2021 passed by
23 CRA 87.21.doc the Appellate Bench of Small Causes Court, Mumbai in Appeal No. 51 of 2020 are quashed and set aside and the said application bearing Exhibit 10 in R.A.D. No. 437 of 2019 is disposed of in terms of the said statement.

The Civil Revision Application is disposed of in above terms, however, with no order as to costs.

In view of disposal of Civil Revision Application, nothing survives in the Interim Application and the same also stands disposed of.
