DATE : 27 SEPTEMBER 2021 P.C. :- By this Petition, the Petitioners seek to quash and set aside the FIR which was lodged on 26 November 2014. The Petition was filed in the year 2015. When it came up on board on earlier two occasions, none had appeared for the Petitioners. Today also none appears. No interim order is passed. 2.

The learned APP on instructions states that charge-sheet is already filed.

In these circumstances, we are not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction. If the Petitioner has any statutory remedy by approaching the Trial Court, it is open to the Petitioners to do so. Therefore, keeping all contentions open, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
