P.C.:- This is an Application for relaxation of condition to report the concerned police station.

Record indicates that, on earlier occasion, this Court had accepted the request of Applicant for relaxation of original condition by an Order dated 28th January, 2014 and has directed the Appellant to attend Jejuri Police Station once in four months.

In view thereof, there is no need to further relax the said condition, at least at this stage.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
