The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the Trial Court has already framed charge and the trial has already begun. He on instructions seek leave to withdraw the application with a prayer that the trial pertaining to CR No.I­103/2014 registered with Padgha Police Station, Bhiwandi may be expedited.

The record reveals that the applicant is arrested in the said crime on 29/6/2014 and since then he is in jail. In view of the said trial pertaining to CR No.I­103/2014 registered with Padgha Police Station, Bhiwandi is hereby expedited.
