This Civil Application is preferred for bringing the legal heirs of Respondent No.3 on record.

It is submitted that, this Civil Application is filed within time. All the legal heirs of Respondent No.3 are already served, but, none of them 1/2 CAC-241-16.doc

have appeared. In view thereof, the delay of 52 days caused in filing the Civil Revision Application is condoned.

Applicant to carry out necessary amendment in the cause-title of the Civil Revision Application No.520 of 2015, so as to bring on record the legal heirs of Respondent No.3, within a period of two weeks from today.

Civil Revision Application No.520 of 2015 be placed for admission as per the C.M.I.S. date.
