This is an application for modification of condition No. (iii) in the order of bail granted by this Court on 19th December, 2018 which reads thus;

"(iii) The applicant shall report the concerned police station once in a month on every first Saturday between 11.00 a.m and 1. p.m till further orders".

Mr. Jaghushte, submits that the applicant has been scrupulously attending the concerned Police Station in every month on first Saturday between 11.00 a.m and 1.00 p.m to which the learned A.P.P is ad idem.

The Trial Court has already framed a charge and the trial has commenced. As such, condition No. (iii) stands relaxed. 4.

Application stands disposed of.
