The only prayer made by the Petitioners is to dispose of the Petition by directing Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider and to take appropriate decision on the Petitioners' representation at Pages 64 and 66 dated 29.2.2016 addressed to the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 respectively keeping in view the observations made by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Seema daughter of Khandu Takale v. State of Maharashtra in Writ Petition No.7116 of 2011 decided on 24.4.2012 as also the communication dated 24.4.2007. Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting on the merits of the matter, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to take appropriate decision in regard to the Petitioners' grievance as raised in the Shivgan 1/2

26-WP-4893-2016.doc Petitioners' representation keeping in view the order dated 24.4.2012 passed by this Court in Seema daughter of Khandu Takale (Supra) and the Communication dated 24.4.2007. The Petitioners will appear before the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 along with a copy of this order and the aforesaid representation. The representation shall be decided by the said authority within six weeks from the date of appearance of the Petitioners before them.
