Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to file additional affidavits of the petitioners- farmers. By looking to the prayers of the existing petitions and the averments made therein, we

skn 4/4 4494.16-wp--.sxw are of the opinion that all the pleadings including the prayer clauses are vague. If an individual right of the individual petitioner has to be considered, a proper pleading with proper material must be available on record, otherwise, respective relief pertaining to each petitioner cannot be granted in a general order. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions in a proper format with proper pleading and prayers. Accordingly, all the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioners to file proper petitions before proper forum with proper pleading and reliefs.
