Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

After hearing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they received instruction from their client to withdraw the Writ Petition as well as both the Civil Applications to prefer appropriate application as per the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. He further submits that interim protection granted by this court on 13.7.2016 in Civil Application No.1650 of 2016 be continued for four Mohite 1/2

18 wp3370-15withcas weeks from today. To that effect, advocate for the petitioner has given in writing on farad. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to prefer appropriate proceeding as per the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

Ad-interim protection granted by this court on 13.7.2016 in Civil Application No.1650 of 2016 to continue till 26.10.2016.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the Civil Application No.2252 of 2016 and 1650 of 2016. Same stands dismissed of as infructuous.
