One of the grievance of the petitioners is that the Hon'ble Chief Minister has not given hearing. That being one of the principle grievance of the petitioners, Petitions can be disposed of by directing the State Government to decide the petitioners's representation expeditiously within 6 weeks from today. All the contentions of the petitioners and the respondents are kept open. Interim order passed by this Court to continue during the pendency of the representation before the State Government and for a period of 2 weeks thereafter. Both the Petitions are accordingly disposed of.
