The said order/letter dated 27/01/2017 is only a show cause notice, asking the Petitioner to remain present on 13/02/2017 alongwith documentary evidence. Accordingly, hearing took place on 13/02/2017. No adverse order has been passed so far. Hence, in our view, this Petition has been filed prematurely. We are therefore not inclined to interfere with the impugned show cause notice at this stage. 1/2

WP/3369/2017 2] Petition is therefore disposed of, reserving the right of the Petitioner to challenge any adverse order, if passed by the Respondents. All contentions of the Petitioner and Respondents are kept open.
