The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has placed on record letter of demand dated 22nd August, 2018 issued to the petitioner by the District Collector. In terms of the said letter of demand, the petitioner has deposited the requisite amount. A copy of the challan is also tendered across the bar. The compilation tendered is taken on record and marked "C-1" for identification.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in view of these subsequent events, petition does not survive. 3.
