The petitioner seeks direction to the trial Court for expediting his trial.

The grievance relates back to the year 2015.

In our opinion, the trial must have been concluded by now. However, if it is still pending, we direct the concerned trial Court to ensure that all the co-accused remain present for the trial and trial is completed as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
