(2) The impugned order would not be acted upon and the Corporation would issue a fresh notice to the petitioner for removal of the illegal construction, under Section 260 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act Shivgan 1/4

and take appropriate steps in furtherance thereof. (3) The contentions of the parties are kept open.

(4) There would be no order as to costs.
