When the matter was called out on 23rd August 2018, none appeared for the petitioner and the petition was directed to be kept for dismissal today. Today also none appears for petitioner. 2] A perusal of the impugned order would reveal that the petitioner is aggrieved by some adverse mutation entries made in the revenue records. The orders passed by the authority under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code are amenable to further appeals. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this

3] The petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. However, it is made clear that in the event the petitioner takes recourse to the alternate remedy available in law, rejection of this petition would not come in the way of petitioner while taking recourse to such remedy.
