This Application is moved for condonation of delay of 200 days in filing this Criminal Revision Application. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant/accused was not heard at the time of Appeal and without giving any audience, Appeal was dismissed thereby confirming the judgment of conviction of the accused.

Therefore, the applicant/accused was not aware of the judgment, which was delivered on 14th August, 2018 by the Additional Sessions Judge,

Learned APP submits to the order of the Court. 4.

The reasons mentioned is a sufficient ground to condone delay. Hence, delay of 200 days is condoned. 5.

Criminal Application is allowed and is disposed of accordingly. 6.

Criminal Revision Application be numbered.

Place the Criminal Revision Application for admission on 3rd July, 2019.
