Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the entire compensation as per the impugned Judgment dated 12/08/2021 passed in Application (WCA) F No.76 of 2015 has been deposited before the Labour Court, Nashik.

In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed pending hearing of the appeal.
