This is an Application for relaxation of the condition as imposed by the order dated 24 September 2020 in Criminal BAST No.2199 of 2020 by which the Applicant has been restrained from entering the jurisdiction of Chakan Police Station, during the pendency of the trial.

Earlier application seeking similar relief was withdrawn on 28 April 2021.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the Condition No.(b) is hereby relaxed.
