Heard the learned advocate for respondent no.1 and the learned APP. The learned advocate for the petitioner remained absent on 22nd September 2017. Today, in the first session, he was absent. Hence, petitions are called for hearing in the second session. In the second session also, he is absent. One petition from this batch of petitions was heard on 21st September 2017. That writ petition bearing no.1174 of 2017 came to be dismissed with a reasoned order. The challenge in the said petition as well as in instant petitions is the same.
