The Criminal Appeals raise a challenge to the order refusing the anticipatory bail. However, there is no interim order passed by this Court. The learned APP on instructions make a statement that the charge-sheet is filed.

In the wake of the above, the prayer in the appeal do not survive and in furtherance of the filing of the charge-sheet, it is open for the appellant to approach the Special Court, for appropriate relief. The appeals stands disposed off.
