This is an application for bringing the heir and legal representative of the sole respondent Mohanrao Madanrao Bhurke (since deceased), on record. The respondent - Mohanrao Madanrao Bhurke died on 7.2.2019 leaving behind his daughter Smt. Disha Gagan Narvekar as his only heir and legal representative. Civil Application is filed on 7.3.2019, which is in time.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main C.R.A. shall be carried out within a week from today. Order accordingly.
