The application is taken out for granting permission to the applicant to argue his case before this Court in person. 2.

On 31st August, 2015, this Court passed a common order in writ petition No.810 of 2013 along with criminal application Nos. 128 and 129 of 2015. By the said order, at the request of the petitioner's counsel, the matters were adjourned. It was also made clear that since the applicant was being represented by counsel, his presence is not required and, therefore, he need not be produced before the Court for hearing. 3.
