By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time to furnish surety, in accordance with the Order dated 16.12.2016 & 16.01.2017. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has furnished the surety before the trial Court. He submitted that

APPA 420-17.doc although the report is given, the same has not been accepted by the learned Judge, as the time to furnish surety has lapsed. Accordingly, the Application is allowed and time to furnish surety is extended by a period of three weeks from today.
