Applicant-accused is one of 20 accused persons, who are facing charges under Sections 307, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 384, 354(B) of the IPC and under Sections 4, 25 of the Arms Act in C.R.NO.408/2014 at Baramati Taluka Police station. The incident of assault has taken place on 19.12.2014.

The learned counsel for the applicant-accused has submitted that name of the applicant-accused is not mentioned in the FIR. No specific role is attributed to him. He submits that he prays parity as other accused are granted anticipatory bail.

8-ABA-426-15 The learned prosecutor opposed the application. Perused the FIR and other statements. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel, order of interim bail dated 23.3.2015 is hereby confirmed on the same bail bond and sureties. The applicantaccused shall attend the police station on every Tuesday between 4 to 6 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer.
