Learned A.P.P. on instructions from the Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, the trial of the Petitioner pertaining to POCSO Special Case No.127 of 2014 has already commenced and till date three witnesses have been examined. In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner to that effect does not survive.

As far as the prayer of Petitioner about appointment of Legal Aid Advocate to represent him in trial Court is concerned, if not provided to him till date, the Petitioner will be at liberty to file such an Application before the trial Court and the trial Court may decide such an Application as per the provisions of law.
