Lohakare, learned APP on instructions from Jailor GradeI, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune submitted that, the Petitioner has been released from Jail on bail on 16th June, 2022. 3) In view thereof, the Petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate Application before the trial Court, if so advised. 4) In view of above, nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
