Petitioner is convicted in Confirmation case bearing No.1 of 2018. By his Application dated 23.08.2018 he sought certain information under the Right to Information Act which came to be rejected by the Competent Authority. Thereafter Petitioner filed an Appeal on 01.10.2018 before the Appellate Authority. 2.

It is not clear from the Application whether the Appeal filed before the Appellate Authority has been decided or otherwise. 3.

Petitioner is presently lodged in Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik. We direct the Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison to look into the Petitioner's grievance. If the Petitioner's Appeal before the Appellate Authority is pending, the Superintendent is directed to bring it to the notice of the Appellate Authority about the pendency of the Appeal and seek its redressal on behalf of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
