The main grievance of the Petitioner is that their Execution Application No.679 of 2014 in S.C. Suit No.1267 of 2011 is pending before the Court Room No.31 of the Hon'ble City Civil Court at Mumbai to pass appropriate orders.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Court be pleased to direct Trial Court to decide the Execution Application as early as possible. For that, the learned counsel for the Shivgan 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, prayer in the present Petition and by consent of Respondents, following order is passed:
