By this Application, Applicant original plaintiff is seeking early hearing of First Appeal No.1004 of 2017 on the ground that Applicant is Senior Citizen.

a) Hearing of First Appeal No.1004 of 2007 is expedited in the list of Senior Citizen.

b) Registry is directed to place First Appeal No.1004 of 2007 for final hearing in weekly board as per its turn in the list of Senior Citizen.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

d) No order as to costs.
