By order dated 4 March 2023 in an application filed by the applicant for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court, the learned Additional Sessions Judge rejected the prayer of the present applicant for ad-interim protection. Considering the fact that the application is still pending before the Sessions Court, I am not inclined to entertain the present application for anticipatory bail. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Sessions Court shall endeavor to decide the said application as early as possible and in any case within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
