This is an application seeking restoration of the revision application which is dismissed by virtue of the order dated 22nd July 2016. The delay is of 91 days in filing the present application. For the reasons assigned in paragraph no. 7, the restoration application deserves to be allowed subject to depositing a cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority within 2 weeks from today. Upon failure of depositing the fine amount, the application shall be dismissed for want of prosecution without further reference to the Court.
