DATE: 21st March, 2017 P.C.:- 1] Petitioner has challenged the show cause notice issued by Respondent No.2 asking the Petitioner to show cause why their contract should not be terminated.
2] Mr. Suresh Kumar, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the Petition. He has submitted that the Petitioner is challenging the show cause notice. He has further submitted that the show cause notice has been issued by the authority which has 1/2
WP/3359/17 jurisdiction and authority to issue the said show cause notice. He submitted that the Petitioner will be heard and thereafter decision on merits and in accordance with law will be taken. 3] In view of this statement, we are not inclined to interfere with the issuance of show cause notice at this stage.
