P.C. :- P.C. :- The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the Family Court Appeal (Stamp) No.14332 of 2015 in view of the non-compliance of the conditional order dated 10.8.2016 in the matter of supplying copies. Having regard to the fact that the Family Court Appeal has been dismissed on account of a technical reason, it would be just and proper to allow the above Civil Application. The same is, accordingly, allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause 21(iii). The copies to be supplied within one week from date failing which the earlier order would once again become operative.
