Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Superintendent, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune, submitted that, the Petitioner was released on Covid-19 emergency parole leave on 5th December 2020, however till date he has not reported back to the Jail Authority. That, a crime bearing CR No. 14 of 2022 under Section 224 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered with Aisha Nagar Police Station, District Nashik.
